Configuration Guide:

For use ENC Server you shall install ENC Client in all the remote machines you will like to remotely manage. Download free ENC Client software here 

Easy Net Control offers the possibility of generate a configuration file that automatically configure ENC Clients to connect with ENC Server easily.

Easy full configuration for Clients and Server in 5 steps:

1)      Install Easy Net Control Server (ENC Server), in your workstation.

2)      Install Easy Net Control Client (ENC Client) in all the others machines you will like to manage.

3)      Click on ENC Server Main Menu [Tools>>Create configuration for ENC clients]; select a folder to place the configuration file and click OK.

4)      In the previous selected folder a file name RunOnClient.enc will be generated with the configuration for the ENC Clients. Get this file and run it on every machine were you previously install the ENC Client.

5)      Restart workstations with ENC Client.

 

Advanced User Configuration of ENC Server:

1)      Click on ENC Server Main Menu [Settings] and change server password or port.

 

Server setting password and port are the password and port used in the server to accept client connections. ENC Client server password and port most been equals to ENC Server password and port settings to accept connection.

This is the default values of ENC Server settings:

Password: admin

Port: 47283

 

 

Advanced User Configuration of ENC Client:

1)      In the taskbar, find the notify icon of ENC Client and right click.

2)      Then click on Settings button.

3)      Enter your local password (default local and server password after install are admin).

4)      In ENC Client Setting form, you can change settings values.

 

 

                                       Connection Server Settings:

IP or Host Name: This is the IP address or host name of the machine where you install ENC Server. (Default value after install 127.0.0.1)

Port: This is the port number you set in the ENC Server settings, used in connection. This value most been equals to the ENC Server port setting. (Default value after install 47283)

Password: This is the password you set in the ENC Server settings, used in connection. This value most been equals to the ENC Server password. (Default value after install admin)

                                       

                                              Local Settings:

Password: Local password used to authorize users to change ENC Client settings, disconnect from server, deny incoming instructions and close ENC Client application. (Default value after install admin)

Wait Time: Time to wait before executes incoming instruction of logoff, restart or shutdown. (Default value after install 1minute)

 

5)      After change settings value you most restart your workstation to apply the new settings values on ENC Client application.

 

If computer use Windows 7 or a specific firewall application you will require configure firewall to allow client and server software pass across firewall. ENC Server cannot work properly if in a remote or local computer the firewall is not properly configured. In Windows XP and Vista default firewall, configuration is not required; the software installer will automatically make firewall configuration.
